When my wonderful teacher, Matt Garrigan, dropped that truth bomb, it evoked a huge awakening in me.
I resolved to let go of all the fixation on myself and my insecurities and start making those I serve the center of my attention.
Are you waiting to have it all together before you start doing the work that really matters to you?
We all have our stories that we’ve grown attached to:
“I can’t be a teacher, I don’t have a college education.”
“I can’t guide people towards wellness because I don’t eat perfectly and I’m not super fit.”
“I want to do work that gives back in a meaningful way, but I’m stuck doing what I’m doing because I don’t have a choice.”
What’s your story you tell yourself that is limiting what you think you can do?
I believe with all my heart that doing the work to let go of these ways we limit ourselves from seeing the truth of who we are, what we can do, and how we can serve is how we’ll heal the world.
In this workshop we discuss:
Identifying core wounds
Who hurt you, who betrayed you, what is your story? We’ll learn to dig beneath surface hurts to discover our core wounds.
Clearing our blockages
We’ll learn how to let go of the baggage and blocks that hold us back from our highest unfolding.
aligning with our truth
Once our blocks are gone we can seek our true purpose, our heart’s light, and live in true alignment.
